The hall itself is a Grade II listed building which was acquired by Sir Christopher Alleyne. Stone from the site of Church Gresley priory in 1556 is reputed to have been used to build Gresley Old Hall. This building has so many paranormal reports around it including the apparition of a maid who was killed during a fire at this location. Reports also include that of poltergeist activity, full body apparitions, footsteps and so much more… dare you enter Gresley Old Hall?
